In September 2019, the Metronome team focused on providing more transparency and accountability to the community, evangelizing the project, and growing the team to continue building out the MET ecosystem. Read the highlights below.

New Website Revamp

In early September, the team launched a new version of the website. The goal of revamping the MET project page was to provide a more comprehensive experience for members of the Metronome community. Information that longtime followers and new of the cryptocurrency might need is now more easily accessible, navigable, and (it is hoped) enjoyable.

Messari Content

To help set an example for more clarity in the cryptocurrency community, Metronome was proud to be among the very first cohort verified against the Messari transparency index. MET was put through a rigorous standardized test in order to determine the soundness of the cryptocurrency and the veracity of the team’s claims. You can learn more about Metronome in the Messari Disclosure Registry here, and understand how they plan to continue fighting for standardization and transparency in the cryptocurrency space.

Manoj Patidar at the ETC Summit

This month, Metronome Principal Engineer Manoj Patidar was invited to speak at the ETC Summit in Vancouver in early October. While there, he spoke to Metronome’s first chainhop, from ETH to ETC, and discussed the advantages of interoperability in the broader cryptocurrency ecosystem.

And more to come next month…

Town Halls

Metronome will be launching “Town Halls” which will be an opportunity for the community to be able to hear directly from the team and discuss ideas for the future of the project.

New Metronome Team member — Rohit

Metronome is pleased to announce a new member of its engineering team, Rohit Solia. Look for his upcoming Metronome Minute to learn more about his history with the project, and his take on the future of MET.

More to come,

The Metronome Team
